Summary

This study tested whether a 4-week mindfulness and stress management program could help medical students cope with exam stress. 135 Iraqi medical students participated in 8 sessions during their exam period. Researchers measured changes in their self-reported stress, heart rate, blood pressure, and stress-related hormones before and after the program.
