Summary
This study tested a short stress-prevention program for staff at a cancer center. Twenty employees took part in three weekly sessions that taught meditation, acceptance, and commitment to personal values. The goal was to see if the program was easy to join and complete, and whether it helped improve well-being and reduce stress.
