Researchers ask: are your nuts and stress connected to your gut?

NCT ID NCT07265648

Summary

This study gathered basic health information from 300 adults living in several Northern California counties. Participants completed an online survey about their stress levels, how often they eat nuts, and their usual bowel patterns. The goal was to understand the local population's habits to help design a future, larger study on peanut consumption and heart disease risk.
