Summary
This pilot study tests a low-intensity program called Self-Help Plus (SH+) to help young women aged 18-29 manage stress. The program, developed by the World Health Organization, has helped immigrants and is now being tried with Turkish-speaking women in Türkiye. 60 women with high stress levels will either receive the program or join a control group. The goal is to see if the program is practical and reduces psychological distress.
