NCT ID NCT07357129
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot study will test a low-intensity program called Self-Help Plus (SH+) to help young women aged 18-29 manage stress. The program, developed by the World Health Organization, has been effective in other groups and will be used for the first time with Turkish-speaking women in Türkiye. Sixty participants with high stress levels will either receive the program immediately or after a 3-month wait, and researchers will measure changes in distress and depression symptoms.
