Can stress slow your heart device recovery?
NCT ID NCT07343466
Summary
This study aims to understand how stress affects recovery and quality of life for people who have had a heart device like a pacemaker or defibrillator implanted. Researchers will observe 300 patients, using surveys and medical check-ups to see if higher stress leads to more complications or slower healing. This is an observational study, meaning it watches what happens naturally without testing a new treatment.
