Summary
This study looks at how increasing exercise or adding mental stress might affect menstrual cycles in women who run or cycle regularly. Researchers will track hormone levels and cycle length over about three months. Participants may be asked to increase their training, do stressful thinking tasks, or both. The goal is to understand what causes missed or irregular periods in active women.
