Summary
This pilot project tested a summer camp for 5th and 6th graders on the Crow reservation. The camp used storytelling and clan activities to strengthen family, community, and land connections. Ten youth took part, and researchers asked them what they liked and learned. The goal was to see if this approach could work for future programs.
