Study tests best exercise for amputees: strength or endurance?

Summary
This study aims to find out whether strength training or endurance training works better to help people with lower limb amputations who use a prosthesis. Eighteen participants will try both types of exercise for six weeks each, with a break in between. Researchers will measure changes in how easily they move, their leg strength, and their overall quality of life.
