Summary

This study aims to understand how the amount of strength training amateur soccer players do each week relates to how well they think they perform. Researchers will survey about 150 male players to see if factors like fatigue, pain, and motivation change this relationship. The goal is to gather information to help players and coaches optimize training routines.
