Summary
This study is looking at whether adding a 10-week gym training program to regular swim practice can help young competitive swimmers improve their race starts and turns. It involves 38 swimmers aged 12-21 from a specific club. Researchers will measure swim times and strength before, during, and after the training to see if it makes a difference.
