Summary

This study looked at 53 male U19 soccer players in Norway to see if functional strength training or traditional strength training works better for improving soccer skills like passing, shooting, and dribbling. Players did their assigned training twice a week for 8 weeks during the off-season. The goal was to find out which method helps players perform better on the field.
