Summary
This study looks at whether two types of strength training can help older adults (60+) with high blood pressure improve their heart health, mental well-being, and physical fitness. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either dynamic or isometric strength training for six weeks. The main goal is to see if the program is safe, acceptable, and effective for this group.
