New teacher training shows promise for deaf education

This study looked at whether a professional development program helps teachers of deaf students use a specific signing instruction method more accurately. Four teachers participated, and researchers checked how well they followed the program using a detailed checklist. The goal was to understand what kind of support teachers need to improve their signing instruction.
