Could a simple stool test spot stomach cancer sooner?
NCT ID NCT06943781
Summary
This study aims to see if a new stool test, which looks for specific markers related to a common stomach bacteria, and a simple risk questionnaire can help detect stomach cancer earlier. It will enroll up to 15,000 adults aged 40 and older. People who test positive on either method will be referred for a follow-up endoscopy to check for cancer.
