Summary
This study asks 20 healthy adults who live or work near Norwich Research Park to donate stool samples. Researchers will use the samples in a lab model of the colon to study how gut bacteria interact with diet and health. No treatment or medication is involved—only observation and measurement of bacteria and gases.
