Summary

This study tested a special exercise program designed to realign the jaw in 64 adults with craniomandibular dysfunction (jaw pain and limited movement). Participants did the exercises for 4 weeks. The goal was to see if the program could reduce pain and improve jaw function. The study measured pain levels and how well the jaw worked before and after the program.
