Summary
This study is testing a treatment plan for a rare and aggressive type of stomach cancer. It combines chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs given both before and after surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink or eliminate the tumor before surgery and prevent it from coming back afterward.
