Summary
This study tested several different drug combinations for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal cancer who hadn't received prior treatment. It was designed to be flexible—adding new treatments as they became available and stopping ones that didn't work well or caused too many side effects. The main goal was to see how well these combinations could shrink tumors and control the cancer.
