Summary
This study looks at whether a special care program helps people with a new stoma (a surgical opening for waste) manage better at home after colorectal cancer surgery. About 98 adults will take part. The program focuses on preparing patients before they leave the hospital and supporting them at home to reduce complications and avoid unplanned return visits.
