New drug trial aims to boost standard treatment for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called STK-012 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The main goal is to see if adding STK-012 to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy helps shrink tumors better than the standard treatment alone. The trial is currently enrolling people who have not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer and whose tumors lack a specific marker (PD-L1).
