NCT ID NCT05735951

Summary

This study aimed to understand how kidney problems affect how the body processes a seizure medication called stiripentol. It compared 39 adults with varying levels of kidney impairment to healthy adults with normal kidney function. The goal was to see if people with kidney disease need a different dose of the drug to be safe and effective.
