First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving teens quick results for gonorrhea and chlamydia tests helps them get HIV testing and prevention medication (PrEP) on the same day. About 6,460 teens aged 16-24 will take part across three clinics. The goal is to see if rapid testing works better than standard lab tests for improving HIV prevention care.
