Summary
This study aims to understand how different sweeteners in drinks affect oral health in teenagers. Healthy adolescents will drink beverages with stevia, sugar, or no sweetener on separate occasions. Researchers will measure changes in mouth acidity and plaque bacteria to see which sweetener is gentler on teeth.
