New rehab combo aims to fix wobbly breastbone after heart surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether adding LASER therapy and specific abdominal exercises to standard rehab can improve breastbone healing after open-heart surgery. 120 adults with an unstable breastbone will be split into four groups to compare different exercise and LASER combinations. The goal is to reduce pain and movement at the surgical site, helping people recover better.
