New combo therapy aims to fix wobbly breastbone after heart surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether special abdominal exercises combined with low-level LASER therapy can help stabilize the breastbone after open-heart surgery. 120 adults with a loose or unstable sternum will be split into four groups to compare different exercise and LASER combinations. The goal is to find the best way to reduce pain and improve healing without additional drugs.
