This pilot study looked at 25 adults who had knee surgery to see if using clean non-sterile gloves for wound dressing is as safe as sterile gloves. The main goal was to check for surgical site infections within 6 weeks after surgery. The study compared infection rates, hospital stays, and costs between the two methods.
