Summary
This study tests whether a psychologist-guided physical activity program can be used in regular care for adults with stress-related exhaustion. About 12 to 20 participants will take part in 5 to 6 sessions, learning to build physical activity habits gradually. The goal is to see if the program is safe, acceptable, and helpful for reducing symptoms and improving daily function.
