First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether sensorimotor and neuromuscular training can improve ice hockey skills and help prevent concussions and other injuries. About 250 ice hockey players will do special drills as part of their off-season training. Researchers will measure their balance, vision, neck strength, and skating ability before and after the program, and track injuries over the next season.
