Summary
This study looked at whether placing a ureteral stent after kidney stone surgery causes more or fewer problems. About 100 adults with small kidney stones were randomly assigned to get a stent or not. Researchers tracked ER visits, unplanned doctor visits, and hospital stays to see which group had fewer complications.
