First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests three common medications—tamsulosin, solifenacin, and mirabegron—to see which one works best at easing symptoms caused by ureteral stents placed after kidney stone surgery. About 189 adults aged 19-80 who have a stent after a specific type of stone removal procedure will be randomly assigned to one of the drugs. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce stent-related discomfort and improve quality of life.
