Study to ease Kids' Post-Surgery stent pain never started
NCT ID NCT02483793
Summary
This planned study aimed to see which of two common medicines, oxybutynin or tamsulosin, worked better to reduce pain and discomfort in children who had a urinary stent placed after surgery. It planned to enroll children aged 4 to 18 and measure their pain levels and painkiller use for five days after their procedure. However, the trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
