Summary
This study is testing if rinsing a small tube placed in the urethra after hypospadias repair surgery helps prevent wound infections in teenage boys. It compares the rinsing method plus standard catheter drainage against drainage alone. The goal is to find a better way to reduce complications and improve healing after this common reconstructive surgery.
