Summary
This study looks at whether rinsing the tube placed in the urethra after hypospadias repair surgery can lower the chance of wound infections in teenage boys. About 150 adolescents will be randomly assigned to get either the rinse plus a drainage tube or just the drainage tube alone. The goal is to find a simple way to reduce complications and improve recovery.
