Summary

This study looks at whether rinsing the tube placed in the urethra after hypospadias surgery can lower the chance of wound infections in teenage boys. About 150 teens will take part, and half will get the rinse plus standard care, while the other half gets standard care alone. The goal is to find a simple way to improve recovery and reduce complications.
