Simple rinse may cut infection risk in teen hypospadias surgery

Summary

This study tests whether rinsing the urethral stent tube after surgery can prevent wound infections in 150 adolescent boys with hypospadias. Half will get standard drainage alone, the other half will also have the stent rinsed. The goal is to see if this simple step lowers complications and improves recovery.
