New hope for tough lung cancer: Biomarker-Guided combo trial opens

Summary
This study tests a new combination of two oral drugs, Stenoparib and Temozolomide, for people whose small cell lung cancer has returned after initial treatment. The trial uses a blood test to see which patients might benefit most from the combo, while others receive standard care. About 166 adults will take part to find the best dose and see if the combo helps control the cancer longer.
