This study tests whether injecting Stempeucel (a stem cell product) into leg muscles can help people with critical limb ischemia caused by Buerger's disease. The goal is to reduce pain, heal ulcers, improve blood flow, and avoid amputation. Only 3 adults aged 18–65 with a leg ulcer and poor blood flow will take part, and they will be followed for one year to check safety and effectiveness.
