Summary
This early-stage study tests a new stem cell product called Stemis™ in 12 adults aged 60-85 with mild to moderate frailty. Participants will receive either Stemis™ or a placebo via IV to see if it is safe and tolerable. The goal is to gather safety information, not to provide direct benefit, but researchers will also measure walking speed, grip strength, and quality of life.
