Summary

This early-stage study tests whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords are safe for people who had a stroke within the past two weeks. Forty participants will receive the cells and be watched for side effects and any improvement in symptoms over 26 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach can help the brain recover after a stroke.
