Summary

This study is testing whether a treatment using a patient's own stem cells can help slow the progression of Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and serious brain disease. It will involve 50 participants, who will be randomly assigned to receive either the stem cell treatment or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves movement, daily function, and quality of life over 48 weeks.
