Stem cell shot tested for scarred lungs

Summary
This is a very early study to check if a new stem cell treatment is safe for people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a serious lung scarring disease. It will involve 12 participants who will receive the treatment by IV infusion. The main goal is to see if the treatment causes any side effects, while also looking for early signs that it might help slow the disease.
