Summary

This study is testing whether stem cells from umbilical cords can help improve kidney function in people with moderate to advanced chronic kidney disease. Researchers will give participants intravenous injections of these cells and track their kidney health over a year. The goal is to see if this treatment can safely slow the progression of kidney damage and delay the need for dialysis.
