Summary
This early-phase trial tests a stem cell product called REGEND007 for people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a lung disease that causes scarring and breathing problems. Twelve adults aged 40–80 will receive a single IV infusion to see if it is safe and tolerable. The study lasts 12 weeks and focuses on side effects and changes in lung function.
