Summary
This is a very early safety study testing an experimental stem cell treatment called HeXell-2020 in older adults with mild to moderate frailty. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects in up to 12 participants aged 60-85. Researchers will also look for early signs of improvement in walking, strength, and overall physical function.
