Summary

This study is testing a method to process donor stem cells before transplant, aiming to reduce severe complications like graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and infections. It is for adults (18-74) with certain types of leukemia or lymphoma who need a transplant. The main goal is to see if this processed transplant improves survival and lowers the risk of dangerous side effects.
