Summary
This study is testing a medical device that prepares donor stem cells for transplant in patients under 22 years old. The goal is to reduce the risk of a dangerous complication called graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after transplant. The device works by removing specific immune cells from the donor's cells before they are given to the patient.
