New hope for kids needing Life-Saving transplants when perfect matches Aren't available
NCT ID NCT06393660
Summary
This trial provides access to a specialized cell processing system for children and young adults who need stem cell transplants but don't have perfectly matched donors. It aims to reduce serious transplant complications like graft failure and graft-versus-host disease when using partially matched family members or unrelated donors. The study will enroll 10 patients to evaluate this approach for controlling transplant-related disorders.
