Summary
This study is testing whether stem cell and exosome therapy can help people with spinocerebellar ataxia, a rare brain disorder that affects movement and coordination. Researchers will give the treatment through IV and nasal spray to 90 participants to check if it's safe and shows early signs of improving symptoms. The study is in early testing phases and is not yet recruiting participants.
