Summary
This study provides expanded access to an experimental stem cell treatment for a single patient with a spinal cord injury at the neck level (C5-C7). The treatment uses the patient's own fat-derived stem cells, called HB-adMSCs, to potentially repair damage. The goal is to offer a possible therapy when standard options are limited.
