Fat stem cells take on brain tumors in new trial

Summary
This early-stage trial tests if stem cells taken from body fat are safe for people with glioblastoma or astrocytoma that has returned after standard treatment. About 20 adults will receive the cells directly into the brain during surgery. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it can slow tumor growth.
